We're Hanna and Linnea, the founders of Orbitra. Together, we combine project experience with an understanding of life as a business owner.

Hanna works as a project manager in mining, construction and civil engineering and has training in KMA and BAS-P/BAS-U. Her background as a mechanic and machine operator gives her an understanding of how things work out on site.
At Orbitra, she brings that practical perspective to project planning and delivery. For her, quality, people, the environment and finances need to fit together throughout the work.
She enjoys solving problems, making sense of the bigger picture and finding solutions that work in practice. With structure, common sense and plenty of drive, she wants to make it easier to move forward together.

Linnea has a background in economics, is an authorised accounting consultant and runs several businesses. She has also trained in KMA and knows how many different things a business owner needs to keep track of.
At Orbitra, she mainly helps smaller businesses make health and safety work in everyday practice. Drawing on her experience as a business owner, she helps identify risks, clarify responsibilities and find ways of working that suit the business.
She enjoys untangling problems and finding solutions together with the people doing the work. The aim is a safer workplace, less hassle and more room to run and develop the business.
Small questions are good questions too. Here are a few common ones to get started.

With ten or more employees, the health and safety policy, procedures, allocation of health and safety tasks, results of the annual review and OSA objectives must also be in writing. Risk assessments must always be documented, even in smaller businesses. Actions that are not taken immediately must be recorded in an action plan.
Orbitra helps you get started and put the right documentation and ways of working in place.
